PCMC recovers Rs 33L fine from 12,000 people for littering: PIMPRI: The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has taken action against 12,000 people for defacing the city, and collected Rs 33 lakh fine from them during the last financial year.
