PCNTDA likely to monitor haphazard constructions: The state government is thinking about appointing the Pimpri Chinchwad New Town Planning Development Authority (PCNTDA) as a “temporary monitoring authority” to control the haphazard constructions taking place on the periphery of the Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad municipal corporations.
