Accident victim's family gets compensation
Accident victim's family gets compensation: In an exparte order, the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) in its recent judgement awarded compensation of Rs 8.43 lakh to the family members of Baban Shinde (54) who was killed in a road accident at Pimpri in 2009.
