Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation to act tough against plastic bag norm violators: The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has warned of strict action against people who produce, store, distribute and sell plastic carrybags having a thickness of less than 50 microns.
