PCNTDA to recover Rs 20cr transfer fees: Pimpri Chinchwad New Township Development Authority (PCNTDA) is set to form a policy to recover outstanding transfer charges of nearly Rs 20 crore from people who have purchased flats or plots in its jurisdiction in the last 30 years.
