‘टाटा मोटर्स’चा वेतन करार अंतिम टप्प्यात

पिंपरी - पिंपरीमधील टाटा मोटर्समध्ये अनेक दिवसांपासून प्रलंबित असणारा कामगारांच्या वेतन कराराचा प्रश्‍न लवकरच सुटणार आहे. येत्या गुढीपाडव्याला टाटा मोटर्सच्या कामगारांना त्या संदर्भातील गोड बातमी मिळण्याची शक्‍यता आहे. रविवारी (ता. २६) टाटा मोटर्सचे व्यवस्थापन आणि कामगार संघटना यांच्यामध्ये त्या संदर्भात चर्चा झाली. त्यामध्ये कामगारांना तीन वर्षांचा वेतनवाढ करार करण्याचे निश्‍चित झाल्याचे समजते. कामगारांना दरमहा आठ हजार सहाशे रुपये (फिक्‍स) आणि आठ हजार सातशे रुपये (व्हेरिएबल) वाढ देण्याचे ठरले आहे. मात्र, या संदर्भातील अधिकृत घोषणा व्यवस्थापनाकडून होणे बाकी आहे. सध्या कंपनीमध्ये १२ दिवसांचा ब्लॉक क्‍लोजर घेण्यात येतो, त्यामध्ये सहा दिवसांची वाढ करून तो अठरा दिवस करण्याचा निर्णय बैठकीमध्ये झाला असल्याचे समजते. नव्या वेतन कराराचा फायदा कंपनीमधील सात हजार कर्मचाऱ्यांना होणार आहे.
