PCMC stalling info tech progress in industrial hub: BSNL: PIMPRI: The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has put several routine and other development projects in Pimpri Chinchwad on hold due to the 'exorbitant' fees charged by the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) for permitting digging of roads and other sites.
