Shiv Sena bashes up BVG’s performance claims: Alleges the figures published by the garbage disposal contractor are faulty PIMPRI: The project remains a non-starter even six years after the BVG group leased a five-acre land in Moshi for free from the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) and signed a Private Public Partnership ( PPP) promising to churn out hydrocarbon fuel from waste plastic.
