Deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar expressed the need to increase the border limits of the Pimpri-Chinchwad considering the future growth.
Pawar was in the twin town for PCMC’s 31st foundation day programme. Recently, the state government had sent a proposal of merger of 20 new villages including 14 villages around Hinjewadi and six villages around Chakan in its limit in PCMC jurisdictions.
