Winter has already arrived, but there are no signs of sweaters for PCMC schools’ students yet.
Every year, the school board of PCMC orders sweaters for its students. But it has once again delayed it like earlier years.
The procedure has just begun for purchase of the sweaters, when the city’s already cold and the students need the sweaters.
