Pune: The city chief of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), Vandana Chavan said that the cash-strapped Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) needs an officer like the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PMC) Commissioner, Dr Shrikar Pardeshi, for improvement of the transport utility.
