Pimpri: Inspired by the success of Pimpri Chinchwad  Municipal Corporation (PCMC)-managed Sarathi (System for Assisting Residents And Tourists Through Helpline Information) project, Mumbai-based RTI activist Mohammed Afzal initiated the online petition demanding replication of the same project in the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM).
