PIMPRI CHINCHWAD: With an upcoming national cleanliness survey, the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has urged citizens to use the Swachhta app for addressing cleanliness issues and submitting feedback to it.
The survey will start in January under the Swacch Bharat Abhiyan. It will focus on garbage management (collection, transportation, processing and disposal), action against open defecation, education and information, behavioural change, capacity building, public awareness and innovative projects. Standing committee chairperson Seema Savale said Pimpri Chinchwad should be among the top cities in the survey.
