Hardikar believes downloading Swacch Bharat Abhiyan-related app may propel twin towns up in national ranking of clean cities
The corridors of the Pimpri- Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) have been split by an order of municipal chief Shravan Hardikar, seeking to make it compulsory for all employees of the civic body (and their families) to download an app indirectly promoting the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
