PMC, PCMC blamed for poor dengue awareness: The Union health ministry's team that carried out larval survey in the dengue affected areas of Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad observed that both the civic bodies failed in carrying out adequate health education activities among their citizens about how to tackle the breeding sites of aedes aegypti mosquito, the dengue vector.
