PCMC invites bids for clearing water hyacinth: PIMPRI: The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) on Monday finally floated tenders inviting bids from contractors to clear water hyacinth which has now spread across a major portion of the Pavana river basin.
