Post MPSC success, this ‘Pardeshi fan’ aims at cracking UPSC

Vishal used to study for 8-9 hours per day for his examination and wishes to take up implementation of citizen’s charter and e-governance in the government offices.
Working relentlessly for people is the passion that drives thise engineer-turned-civil-servant. And for that he draws inspiration from the work of “IAS officers like Shrikar Pardeshi”. Vishal Sakore of Bhosari, who topped the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) Examinations in the OBC category, says, “The way Shrikar Pardeshi worked in Pimpri-Chinchwad as municipal commissioner inspired me a lot. I closely observed the way he went about his job despite stiff opposition.”
Initially, Vishal’s father, an assistant police sub-inspector, was his first inspiration. “First, it was my father who inspired me. However in the later days, IAS officers like Dr Shrikar Pardeshi who worked for the public become my idols,” he said.
