Come November and residents of Pimpri-Chinchwad area will be able to pay their electricity and telephone bills at the civic body's citizen facilitation centres (CFC), thanks to the decision of municipal commissioner Dr Shrikar Pardeshi to implement the Nanded pattern to make CFC kiosks more efficient.
While the number of services provided at the CFC kiosks will be increased from the present 101 to 126, the civic body has also decided to set up 16 new CFCs in the city.
