Every sq ft of illegal bldg to be charged Rs 20 Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) authorites will charge Rs20 for each square feet of illegal construction they demolish from its owners.
Last year, the civic body demolished nearly 9 lakh square feet illegal constructions. Now, the civic authority is set to recover its demolition charges from the owners.
