Reject PCMC TDR resolution, says Town Planning Dept: Recommendation is a blow to TDR agents in PCMC and a boost for Sena PIMPRI: The Pune District Director of Town Planning Department has recommended to the State Government that it should reject the resolution passed by the general body of the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) to grant Transfer Development Rights (TDR) to the lands acquired since 1995.
