PUNE: The city witnessed a marginal rise of 1.14% in overall crime during 2016, according to the National Crime Records Bureau's (NCRB) 2016 report which was released on Thursday. The number of overall crimes went up from 19,332 cases in 2015 to 19,554 cases in 2016.
