पिंपरी-चिंचवड महापालिकेने राबविलेले झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन आणि स्वस्त घरकुल हे दोन प्रकल्प गुंडाळल्यानंतर या प्रकल्पांना पर्यावरण परवान्याअभावी विलंब आणि कायदेशीर अडचणी निर्माण झाल्याप्रकरणी आयुक्त राजीव जाधव यांनी दोन अभियंता आणि एका वास्तुशास्त्रज्ञाला दोषी ठरविले आहे. त्यापैकी एक अभियंता आणि वास्तुशास्त्रज्ञ सेवानिवृत्त झाले आहेत.
