PCNDTA to serve fresh notices to illegal buildings: PIMPRI: In the wake of the collapse of an illegal building in Thane, the Pimpri-Chinchwad New Township Development Authority (PCNTDA) has decided to issue fresh notices to illegal buildings that are constructed under its jurisdiction.
