PCMC zoo's famous leopard couple to be shifted soon

Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) run Bahinabai Chaudhary Zoo’s main attraction, a leopard couple, will soon be shifted to another location.
The Central Zoo Authority of India (CZAI) asked the civic body to shift the wild cats as the cages were not suitable for them.  “The process of shifting will start soon,” said superintendent of zoo Anil Khaire. There are two leopards in the PCMC zoo. The female leopard is called Tara, while its male counterpart is called Jerry.
