PCMC's plan to restrict number of EWS houses put on hold

The proposal to reduce the number of houses to be constructed under the housing scheme for economically weaker sections (EWS) from 13,250 to 7,854 was put on hold by Pimpri Chinchwad mayor Mohini Lande on Monday as Congress and Shiv Sena corporators demanded that the matter be put to vote in the general body meeting.
