The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has decided to reduce the expenditure of ongoing ward-level projects by 10% to meet the growing revenue deficit following the enforcement of the Local Body Tax (LBT). The Pune Municipal Corporation has also taken similar steps.
