The harried residents of Bopkhel village met defence minister Manohar Parrikar on Thursday to put forth their demand that the road connecting their village to Dapodi on the Mumbai-Pune highway stretch should be reopened. The 2.25km road was closed by the College of Military Engineering following orders from the high court.
