The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has planned to improve the facilities available at Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital and also explore the possibility of providing free meals to patients and their relatives with the help of voluntary organizations, said Rajeev Jadhav, municipal commissioner after his meeting with a delegation of Shiv Sena leaders led by MLC Neelam Gorhe on Friday.
