Bus halt on highway leads to traffic jams, poses risk to passengers

PIMPRI CHINCHWAD: State transport buses frequently halt at Nigdi, Akurdi, Chinchwad and Pimpri on the central lanes of 12.5 km stretch of Mumbai-Pune highway, between Nigdi and Dapodi, leading to traffic jams and posing a risk for passengers who have to cross from central lanes to service roads.
