Tenements: PCNTDA to act tough on defaulters: PIMPRI: The Pimpri Chinchwad New Township Development Authority (PCNTDA) has decided to act sternly with owners of nearly 1,200 tenements who have failed to pay up their dues in spite of having taken possession, almost a decade ago.
