Fixed deposits to help deal with cash crunch: Officials fear dip in tax collection with implementation of LBT from April 1 PIMPRI: The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) may be forced to fall back on the nearly Rs 500 crore of fixed deposits it has placed with various banks to tide over a possible cash crunch as it implements the Local Body Tax (LBT) beginning April 1.
