PCMC holds back salary hike of 8 employees: PUNE: Sending a strong message to its workforce, the Ward C Executive Engineer of the PCMC Water Supply Department has held back increment of eight employees for one year as they were caught playing cards while on duty at their office in Nehru Nagar on February 25.
