After a long wait, the fire department of industrial town of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) got a 54-metre ladder to tackle fire emergencies in high-rises. Speaking to dna, PCMC chief fire official Kiran Gawade said, “This ladder will help us in reaching 18-storey buildings.”
