PCMC's wedding incentive for disabled draws ire from activists

With a view to encourage marriages of differently abled people, the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has decided to give Rs 1.5 lakh to couples. The condition is that either the bride or groom should be disabled in order to get the incentive.
