बेरोजगार संस्थांना न्यायालयाचा दणका

– निविदा प्रक्रियेतून प्रतिबंधित करण्याचे आदेश

पिंपरी –  दैनंदिन साफसफाईचे ठेकेदारी पद्धतीने काम करणाऱ्या कामगारांचा पीएफ लाटणाऱ्या आणि किमान वेतन न देणाऱ्या बेरोजगार व स्वयंरोजगार संस्थांना उच्च न्यायालयाने दणका दिला आहे. नियमांचे पालन न करणाऱ्या बेरोजगार व स्वयंरोजगार संस्थांना निविदेत भाग घेण्यापासून महापालिकेने प्रतिबंधित करावे, असे आदेश न्यायालयाने दिले आहेत.

महापौर निवासाचा प्रश्‍न मार्गी लावणार

पिंपरी – पिंपरी-चिंचवड महापालिकेने प्राधिकरणाच्या जागेवर शहरात आजी-माजी महापौरांना एकत्रित राहण्याच्या दृष्टीने आरक्षित ठेवलेल्या अडीच एकर जागेवर नियोजित महापौर निवासाचा प्रश्‍न गेली पंचवीस वर्षांपासून प्रलंबित आहे. त्या जागेवर महापौर निवास बांधण्यासाठी लवकर प्रकल्प सल्लागाराची नेमणूक करुन माझ्या कार्यकाळात भूमिपूजन करण्यात येईल, अशी माहिती महापौर नितीन काळजे यांनी दिली.
