SC: Prove gram panchayats as developed as municipal areas

Pune: The Supreme Court recently told the owners of around 250 closed liquor establishments in the jurisdiction of gram panchayats to prove their areas were as developed as municipalities for the rollback of highway alcohol ban in those places.
