PUNE: Laxman Jagtap, president of Pimpri Chinchwad unit of BJP refuted the allegations that the standing committee of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation(PCMC) had taken a decision to direct the building permission department to stop temporarily giving permissions for new housing projects in fast developing areas of his constituency for garnering funds for BJP for 2019 elections. Jagtap refuted these allegations while addressing a hurriedly called press conference in PCMC main office building in Pimpri.
