PCMC urged to amend DC rules
PCMC urged to amend DC rules: The opposition in Pimpri-Chinchwad has asked the PCMC to bring forth a shelved proposal to change development control (DC) rules of PCMC to reserve 25 per cent tenements for people from the economically weaker sections / low income groups, and 10 per cent for medium income groups (MIG) in private layouts, as per a state government directive.
