PIMPRI: The Shiv Sena in Pimpri Chinchwad has alleged that the supplementary suggestion of granting double index Transferable Development Rights (TDR) at the time of acquisition of land within the flood line, is creating a TDR of Rs 800 crore, and is being promoted by the builder lobby.
