Air quality likely to be better this Diwali, predicts SAFAR

The air quality during this Diwali is expected to be better than last year, scientists at the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR) have predicted. But the prevailing weather condition will aggravate the smoke level and push the air quality to a poor range on November 8 (a day after Diwali and Laxmi Puja).
