Basic facilities to illegal structures? PCMC can't decide: Defers meeting on the subject for 8th time due to absence of civic body chief.The matter was deferred on Tuesday due to absence of PCMC commissioner Dr Shrikar Pardeshi. Earlier too, the PCMC adjourned the issue on similar grounds.
