PCMC lost over 3 crore in TDR charges, claims Sena: Shiv Sena corporator in Pimpri-Chinchwad Seema Savle has alleged that the municipal corporation has lost a revenue of over Rs 3.7 crore because it failed to collect the full premium charges for use of TDR (transfer development rights) along the proposed BRTS corridors in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
