Pimpri: Acting on a complaint filed by activist Vijay Kumbhar of Surajya Sangharsh Samiti, the State Information Commissioner (SIC) Ratnakar Gaikwad has issued a notice to the chief secretary asking him to remain present before the Commission on February 28 along with relevant document regarding former PCMC chief Dr Shrikar Pardeshi's transfer.
