Pimpri Chinchwad: For the first time, 60,000 affordable houses will be built on public-private-partnership (PPP) basis in all eight zones of the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) by 2022. The project will be carried out under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana.
